September Already!

I love my adorable baby boy! Last weekend was the first BYU football game - yay!!! We dressed Tay in Cougar Blue, but he didn't come to the game, he got to hang out with Grandma Cindy instead. :)
This week we said goodbye to David's sister, Chrissy, and her daughter April. We won't see them again until Christmas...sad! They were here for a couple of months while Chrissy's husband has been deployed. He's a pilot in the Air Force. We will miss them a lot, but are glad that they'll get to see their husband & dad again.
Tay and I went hiking with my mom this week: 5 hours of carrying a 13.5lb baby. I think I did pretty well considering it was my first real exercise since having a baby 9 weeks ago!

Heather, you look amazing. That's nice for you to be near family and to have help available if you need it. Taylor is growing up so fast. I love the BYU attire!

Wow - good for you on the hike Heather! Very impressive. It looks like it was gorgeous too! I am sad I left Utah just as Fall was starting - my favorite time of the year there. Anyway, thanks for sharing the gorgeous scenery through pictures. Also, I wanted to cry when I saw the picture of April saying goodbye to Tay. Good thing we are planning on Christmas!

Where did you hike? It looks like such a pretty trail! You are lucky to have such a great mom who likes to get outdoors and do fun things. I hope I can be that kind of mom as my kids grow older.

You guys looks so cute in all BYU! I miss going to the games with you guys. At least we have been able to watch them on TV. Did you guys get good seats this year? Taylor is getting so big and cute!

Very impressed that you went hiking. I have yet to get out doing much since I had my little girl in July. You look great. I hope I look that good after 9 weeks. I'm still trying to work off another 10 lbs of baby fat. So are you still in Provo? We're in Orem. We should catch up sometime.
