St. Valentine's Day 2012

We kicked off the week with a special Valentine's dessert that Grandma Cindy made to go with Sunday Dinner:
Marie and I made sugar cookies with the kids on Monday:
I got balloons and a few little treats and things for Taylor & Kyla when they came up for breakfast:
They seemed excited.  There was also a surprise from David waiting for me (on the left!):
Chocolate before breakfast is always a great way to start the day...
Kyla loving the balloon and her new "pretties":
Taylor eating a 'heart-shaped' (I didn't do such a great job making them look like hearts...) pancake:
David and I actually went to lunch because he has a crazy schedule and couldn't be home in the evening.  So I had an OB appointment mid-morning...everything looked healthy with baby Lilya, and then I picked up David and we had a quick lunch at a little Asian place on Center Street that we really love.
When I got home, it was naptime!!! (Kyla slept too...)
Then Taylor & Kyla brought Grandma Cindy a rose at work.  Adelyn & Avery came too and brought her chocolates. :)
 A heart pizza for dinner!
The kids and I got to watch the twins in the evening and they had a great time helping with them and feeding them:

I love that Kyla called your gifts "pretties"! That just fits with her cute girly ways. :) What a fun Valentine's Day your kids had. And they look like they truly are good helpers with the twins. Cute post!

You do the cutest things for holidays! What a fun Valentine's day. Also, I think it's so cute you all went and visited mom at work.
