New Hair!

I have been getting sick of dealing with my long hair for a while, but just haven't had the nerve to cut it off because it grows so incredible slowly.  But I finally decided to do it last week.  I realized that I had enough to donate to Locks of Love, so I did it - 12 inches! 
(Something I really never thought I'd be able to do with my thin & fine, turtle-paced growing hair.)


It turns out that they don't give you a cute haircut...just chop it straight all the way around, so I still need to go somewhere and get it fixed, but here it is:

That's awesome you did locks of love! You can now check that off your 'bucket list'! :) And it's perfect for a summer do! Nice & short! I DID love your long hair! But with little ones pulling and tugging you will LOVE having it short!! :) Hope you guys are doing well!

Good for you!!! That is the only reason I am growing my hair out...to donate it, and I know exactly how you feel about hair growing slowly. I used to think that with all my short cuts my hair wouldn't slow down, but now that I want it to grow it is taking forever. Even being preggers. Anways...that is awesome and I love the cute. You'll love it this summer.

You are so brave! I cut my hair today and came pretty close to crying when I saw all the hair on the floor. 12 inches is a lot! It looks so so cute!

Oh my gosh! You are so brave! I would be terrified to cut my hair short. But I guess curly hair doesn't so much look as cute as yours does short! Good for you for donating it though! It is still super cute on ya even with out the layers and such. Oh and your little girl is so cute falling asleep sitting up! I guess she was really tired!

When Mary and I saw this we both said at the same time that it looks like your hair in high school..I think it's your senior year. Anyway...I like it! I'm excited to see how it looks when you "make it cute."
