Far From the Home I Love

David graduates in less than 3 weeks and we are headed to Colorado Springs. He will take the Bar Exam in Denver near the end of July - STRESSFUL!!! Well, actually, getting through the home stretch of his last semester of law school is the only stress he can handle stomaching right now, but as soon as that is over he will have to bear the weight of the impending Bar Exam. (And he still manages to whip up experiments in the kitchen and help me fold the laundry... A-mazing!) Anyway, enough about my awesome husband...he'll make me delete this if I write too much... :)

Anyway, although we are very sad about leaving our families, our cute little condo, and our student life (seriously), we are SO excited about this beautiful place:The skies in Colorado Springs are always breathtaking. The parks are beautiful and impeccably groomed: AND we are blessed to be able to be with this dear family, my uncle Dale and his boys: Most important of all, I'll be with David, and 'there with my love, I'm home.'

Like Bonnie, this totally made me cry! I am so excited for you guys, but it seems so permanently away from Utah! Not that we aren't pretty permanently away from there, but this just came sooner than I had thought it would. I am excited for you guys though and so look forward to maybe visiting you and finally seeing Colorado Springs (I have heard so much about it). Good luck making it through the last few weeks first though!!! (I am still loving a perfect-looking pedicure. It has lasted so long! Thank you again!)
Wow, Congratulations! One more reason to move to Colorado after school... What is David going to be doing?

Seeing this after having you guys come visit makes me even more sad that we're all moving away. :( I'm so glad we've had fun being close though, and I'm sure you'll love Colorado. We'll need to start planning visits soon! :)
I've been wondering where you guys were headed! That's so, so exciting!! What kind of law is David going to be practicing?

Reading your posts is making me miss school too. It really is such a wonderful time...challenging, but wonderful. :)

Good luck to David with all that is coming up!

AND...your kiddos are adorable! :)
That's exciting! Colorado is beautiful. Jeff has lived there several times, and he loves it there. Good luck with the transition. Moving is always an adventure :)
Thanks...luckily she got over the pneumonia pretty fast too. And good luck to you guys....sounds exciting!
