5 Months Old
Wow - our baby is 5 months old already! He is such a joy. He is so happy and cuddly, we just love him to pieces! He gets bored if he's not constantly being entertained - so we get pretty worn out by him, but we definitely have lots of fun together.

So...things that we've done recently: babysat my cousins for 3 days, completely re-did my mother-in-laws bedroom as a surprise for her, went through the temple with my brother (who leaves on a mission in 2 weeks), enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving feast at David's Uncle Lynn & Aunt Margaret's house, and went for a wagon ride through the lights at Thanksgiving Point.
My mother-in-law's room was a huge project! David spent forever planning for it. We had a professional come in and build shelves that we custom designed. We painted (including the shelves, which took forever), got all new: bedding, blinds, curtains, rods, outlet covers, light fixture (with a dimmer), doorknobs, Lazy Boy recliner, and we rearranged the room. We did it all from 9am on a Friday to 5pm the next day...with about 3 hours of sleep during that period. It was a really fun surprise for all of us to do. Cindy was picking up Becky (David's sister) from college and we just barely finished the room about 30 minutes before she got home.

And yes, Mindy had her baby on Tuesday, the 25th. I haven't talked to her yet (we've been leaving each other messages), but I guess their little girl has jaundice and has to be in the bili-bed just like Eddie did. And she was a BIG baby... over 8 pounds!
